You forgot to mention (or maybe chose not to, since it was an "Elseworlds" title, but Dan Dunbar was the main villian in the 1990s(?) mini-series "Golden Age." He is given more power and becames Dyna-Man. Oh, and he happens to have the brain of Hilter thanks to the UltraHuminte...

Sounds missable. I'll consider adding it, even tho it's Elseworlds.
(No, you're wrong. I neither forgot to mention nor chose not to. I'd succeeded in not knowing in the first place. It was about 20 or so years ago that I began to lose track of the latest developments in superheroes.)
