Hey everyone, i've been searching for the name of a cartoon for years now!!! this is what i remember from the cartoon.
It's a little girl (kinda fat) in a green dress, redish/brown hair in pony talis, blue eyes.
throughout the cartoon she tortures her poor doggy the whole cartoon. saying "Is you good BABY?"
that's all i can remember. i have an image of the the girl if you want i can post it,
PLEEEEEEEEEASE HELP!!!

Doesn't ring a bell, but I have a few "lost years" when it comes to satmorn programming. What time frame are we talking about?

The still is from FAMILY DOG, a TV special directed by Brad Bird (of THE INCREDIBLES). If I rememeber correctly, the dog character was designed by Tim Burton.

I believe Family Dog was actually an episode of television series Amazing Stories. It was later made into a shortlived series of its own.
