does anyone know the name of this cartoon? the cartoon that i'm looking for is the image for my icon.

Is that Raggedy Ann from the 1977 feature? Just a guess.

i don't think it's raggety ann. I remember the cartoon. the little girl you see here, tortures her dog through-out the cartoon, trying to wash it. saying "Is you good baby"
