First let me say that I'm new to this website and I LOVE it. Thanks for your time and dedication DDM.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this cartoon. I used to watch it on Cartoon Circus which aired on Tulsa, OK television about 8am on channel 8 around 1960, I believe.

There were actually two cartoons that seemed to have the same producers. One was about a girl who had a magic bowl. She would circle the bowl with her finger 3x and then the bowl would produce ice cream. Then, she would circle the bowl 3x in the opposite direction to make it stop. A jealous girl stole the bowl from her and circled it 3x for ice cream, but didn't know how to make it stop and it created a snowy rush of ice cream that carried her far away.

The other cartoon was about the wind that came and stole water from a house's well and other places. The house's owner tried various things, but finally grew a line of evergreen trees that stopped the wind from stealing the water.

I would love to find out more about these cartoons - what company produced them, what their titles are, and if I can find copies of them.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
