Silly Symphony?

Hi everyone

I am searching for a silly symphony cartoon (?) that was about some musical notes that were trying to play the song "Blue Danube" and one of the notes was drunk and couldn't play it.That is pretty much all i can remember about it.If anybody can help me with the title i would be gratefull.

"Music Land" was about a war between symphonies and jazz, but I don't think that was it. This sounds more like "High Note", which wasn't a Silly Symphony. It was a Warner Bros. cartoon directed by Chuck Jones. Those non-series Jones cartoons were often little gems.

In the '80s, when I first had a VCR, I put a lot of effort into collecting cartoons off of local kidvid, and one of those non-series Joneses, "Angel Puss", kept eluding me. I wondered why, until I read a description of it. It was about a little black boy who was trying to drown a cat. No, I didn't figure I was going to be seeing that one on kidvid soon.
