Galtar & The Golden Lance? I'm not positive, since that came during a period I'm not all that interested in and therefore haven't paid much attention to (you didn't give a time frame), but I hope it's enough to thwart the action suggested in the thread title.

Of course! Perfectly meets the description, except not Hanna-Barbera. Thanks.

Yes, Thundarr was Ruby-Spears, who I belive worked for Hanna-Barbarra before striking out on their own. Of course then Turner bought them out, and, merged them into HB.

Yes, Ruby-Spears was a Hanna-Barbera offshoot, of sorts, at least in that the principals worked there before starting their own studio. But I didn't know about Turner re-merging them later. Seems odd -- so many cartoon studios are now owned by Time-Warner, but still keep their individual identity.

If any of the cartoon studios bought by Taft, Turner, and/or Time-Warner still have their individual identities, it's news to me because if a character from one of those houses appears now a days, it's under the Cartoon Network Studios banner.

I tend to think of Cartoon Network as a continuation of Hanna-Barbera. While the production facilities may be merged, in terms of their public identities, they're marketed separately. Tom & Jerry have a show there, but it doesn't feature Warner Bros. characters.

ah, Don?
I did say bought by the various companies. Yes, Cartoon Network studios is primarily H-B. But the classic Looney Toon/Merrie Melodies are still Warner Bros. A separate Time-Warner entity.

Isn't that what I said? Or am I missing something?
