Flattered as I am by the interest, I gotta say, trying to figure out a pattern to my postings here strikes me as more than a little bit futile. I do a lot of writing that has nothing to do with this site, and I post when I can, without rhyme or reason. Same with blog entries, but less often, because the main focus here is the articles.
But if you insist on trying to deduce my "schedule", which I wouldn't keep very faithfully even if I had one, from what I do on this site, chew on this: It's been a week and a half since I posted on the Forum, and a couple of months ago, I made a commitment to hit it every morning. (I've had some time-consuming problems. I'll to try to get back to that now.)

May I ask, what's so time consuming?

Sure, you can ask. The worst I can do is bellow "None of your #%$^%!! business!"
And it isn't, but what the heck, it's not a secret. I just don't write about such things because I can't imagine anybody being interested.
But if, contrary to common sense, you are, what happened is, my kitchen blew up. Seems a bug bomb stored under the sink rusted out, and its contents leaked out under the cabinets. A couple of weeks ago, in the middle of the night, something set it off, and next thing you know, the neighborhood was crawling with fire trucks and city inspectors.
But the utilities have all been turned back on now, so life is starting to get back to normal. We hope to get the kitchen functional again in another month or so. The insurance company is paying for it all, but they plan to sue the bug bomb manufacturer, so all's right with the world.
I hope you found that more interesting than I did.
