I remember back around the late '80s and early '90s that the Yogi Bear show was revised, with an updated theme song and new cartoons. Could anyone tell me why Cartoon Network or Boomerang hasn't aired these episodes yet?

Not me. I'm still trying to figure out why they're not doing a Looney Tunes show anymore. I can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that for the first time in my memory (my family got its first TV set in 1951), those classics don't appear regularly on TV.

Not recently, but I could swear I saw newer episodes of Yogi Bear on Boomerang. If that was just my imagination, it may be due to them just finding the older episodes more readily available? Somehow?

No idea. I haven't been paying much attention to Boomerang. My grandkids tend to watch Nick and occasionally Disney, so when kidvid is on in my house, that's usually it.
